Our graduates are provided with constant support through a mentoring system designed to guide and oversee training up to chartership with ICE via Career Appraisal route.
We perform yearly formal review with our employees to review their performance. AJMS believe the review process is at the heart of our approach to ensure our staff develop their careers.
