We organise internal design seminars on a monthly basis and created team forums for engineers to share their knowledge and experience with others
What can we offer?
AJMS support graduates being proactive in their own development and to achieve professional status in their chosen discipline. This includes funding assistance for formal technical training course and reimbursement of annual membership subscription.
Our graduates are provided with constant support through a mentoring system designed to guide and oversee training up to chartership with ICE via Career Appraisal route.
We perform yearly formal review with our employees to review their performance. AJMS believe the review process is at the heart of our approach to ensure our staff develop their careers. Relevant training courses and other tools for personal development are made available to everyone. There is minimum bureaucracy within the business, and we promote frank dialogue across all levels to ensure you receive the best possible guidance in all elements of your role.
